Introduction #
GoranGrooves virtual products, namely Handy Drums plugins, are available from several authorized 3rd party dealers.
Whether our products are purchased directly from our platform or through an authorized online dealer, they must be downloaded from our platform. Software license keys are only issued through the GoranGrooves Library platform.
Purchasing GoranGrooves Software at 3rd Party Authorized Resellers #
When you purchase GoranGrooves software through an authorized online reseller, you will be provided with a redemption code by the reseller. This is NOT a software license key. The redemption code will likely be sent to you in an automated email by the reseller, and it will be used to redeem the software and its relevant license key.
Redeem GoranGrooves Software #
To redeem the software, go to the following URL:
https://library.gorangrooves.com/redeem
- Enter a single redemption code and press apply. A relevant product will be added to the cart, and the price will be adjusted to $0.
- Repeat for each additional redemption code.
- After redeeming all codes, proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Checkout Process #
In order to gain access to the software download and obtain the license key(s), you must complete the checkout process you started in the previous step.
When you get to the checkout page, if you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to provide your email. Ensure you provide a valid email to avoid losing access to your purchased product(s).
Once you enter your email and press on the NEXT button, our system will check if an account already exists associated with the email.
If the account exists, a password field will slide out, prompting you to enter the valid password for the account, and a LOGIN button will be displayed.
If no account is found, a password field will be presented, prompting you to enter the desired password you wish to use for the account creation, along with the REGISTER button.
When you complete this step, you will be shown the final steps.
- Coupon code field- nothing to enter here as you have already applied the redemption code(s)
- Payment method- nothing to select here as your balance should be $0 if no other items were added to the cart.
- Terms and conditions agreement- you must checkmark the terms and conditions before completing the checkout.
Double-check the checkout content on the right side of the checkout page to ensure the redemption coupon was applied, the appropriate product is displayed, and the balance is $0.
Finally, after checkmarking the Terms and Conditions, click the COMPLETE PAYMENT button in the bottom right corner.
After a few moments, the transaction will complete, and you will be presented with the order summary page with the link to the DOWNLOADS section of your account.
Download Software and Obtain License Key(s) #
Your purchased/ redeemed software will always be available for you in your GoranGrooves Library account under the DOWNLOADS tab. Whenever you log in to your account, this is where you will be by default.
To download the software, click on the large DOWNLOAD button for the software product you wish to download. When the popup opens up, select the platform and format for your system from the available options.
Any available product license keys will be displayed immediately to the left of the download button. Copy and paste the license key into the appropriate field when you first launch Handy Drums software.
